Common Rooms

(1/5) > >>

Kieran Thomas Rorie:
An number of students approached me asking whether or not classrooms could be opened for senior pupils to gather in during intervals and study periods.

I know that this was agreed at January's meeting but never really came into action.
What do you think?

Regards,
Kieran

A Faulds:
I would like a common room. The librarians have told me and my friends that the library is not a social space and we can talk in the corridors. However, sitting down there and blocking the path, and the general noisiness and unpleasant atmosphere, mean the library is possibly the closest thing we currently have to one. A real common room would be great.

Duncan Mullins:
I think we either should be allowed into classrooms or have the old library converted into a common room.

Peanut_flea:
I'm pretty sure there are loads of free/unused classrooms at breaktimes. I think they should be left open for senior pupils because if we spend any more time being loud in the library then the librarians will buy a chainsaw and brutally murder all of us.
